imgs: invisible miracles 2007 - Joan Jonas
Workshop on Workshops is a two-day symposium. Realized in the framework of the 20th year of the CSAV – Artists Research Laboratory, the aim of this fist appointment is to discuss and question existing models for art education and artistic practice.
The symposium will take place at the Fondazione Antonio Ratti in Como on the Friday 20th and Saturday 21st of November 2015 and is curated by Annie Ratti and Lorenzo Benedetti. Invited contributors: Andrew Berardini (Writer/Lecturer Mountain School of Art, Los Angeles), Teresa Gleadowe (Curator and writer/Founder of the Cornwall workshops), Jakob Jakobsen (Visual artist/Political and educational organizer), Joan Jonas (CSAV artist/Professor Emerita at MIT, Massachusetts Institute of Technology), Angie Keefer (Artist and writer), Marta Kuzma (Rector Royal Institute of Art, Stockholm), Matt Mullican (CSAV artist/Professor at HFBK, Hamburg), Roberto Pinto (Professor at Università di Bologna/former CSAV curator) and Dirk Snauwaert (Director Wiels, Brussels).
